The father of my child has been on supervised parole for a year now every since November 2015. He is a felon and has a charged of grand larceny. He has been reporting to his PO every month since he's been on, he only got a violation once when he failed his drug test. When he failed his drug test he had to take drug classes every Saturday. She was threatening to revoke him if he didn't pay his court fines. Well, yesterday me and him got into it and the police got involved. When he got out of jail he came stayed with me in my apartment. Yesterday when we got into it I locked him out and he kicked down the door trying to get in. Once the police was there he was no were to be found. I told them I didn't want to press charges I just wanted him gone. Well, they ended up presses charges on him anyways now he has a warrant for his arrest and is not allowed back in the apartment complex. They told him to turn his self in because once they find him he's going to get locked up. He still hasn't turned his self in and after the incident happen his PO called him. He said she only told him that she will have a talk with him when he goes to see her next week. So I'm curious as to will he get locked up again for that? Is that consider a violation of parole? Is that a misdemeanor to kick in someone door? What will happen? I went today and paid off all his court fines so now there is a $0 balance on that will that help any? I am so scared and I hate I got so upset and wasn't thinking knowing he has two strikes against him and if he go back it will be for a long time. We live in the state of MS. Can anybody with experiences give me some advice.

You should have saved your money and used it for your babies.
    You can't save the guy.
    Yes, he'll PROBABLY get revoked.
Once he's found and arrested, he'll beg or demand you pay his bail.
It's time for you to realize he won't change.
If you don't wise up and forget him, you'll get what your door received.
He's made his bed, time for him to lie in it.
Time for you to forget him, he's not worth the effort and money you're putting into him.

    Goos luck.

Thanks and appreciate your advice I do, but I'm not going to just forget him. He isn't a bad person at all and I caused all of this. I was having a bad day that night when he got off work and I started an argument with him. He stayed calm for as long as he could and I just kept picking with him being very mean because I was frustrated. He has been there for me since high school and he's the father of my kids so I wouldn't dare let him go down my kids need their father around. He has changed for the better he just reacted to fast in that situation. He has never put his hands on me nor my kids. He has never threaten to harm me or them. It's not about the money I can care less about that because I can make that right back. My kids are very well taken care of and have everything they need. He helps me with the kids he's my backbone without him things will be very hard for me. So yes I'm asking advice to do anything I can to stop him from going back to jail he doesn't deserve to this was my fault. Once he let the argument go I should have as well.

    You are an adult.
I don't own you, nor do I own any anyone.
You are free to make your own choices.
You don't need my permission to do anything.
That said, there's no more for me to day, except GOOD LUCK.

YOU don't get to press charges or drop them once filed. Why do you care if he goes to jail again or not? Just stay away from him. You guys are obviously toxic with each other. Why did you pay his fines?!?!?!?!?!?! Stop enabling him!! I've been there. I paid fines for my ex back in the day so he could see his kids - and he just went and did drugs. I used to give him money all the time that was allegedly for his kids and he bought drugs. He's just using you. He sounds like he doesn't give a shit about anyone and should probably stay in prison.

It's up to his PO to file a violation. She could file for it to be revoked. That's on her. YOU can't do anything about it. YOU need to worry about yourself. Not him. He's just going to drag you down with him.

OMFG that's a typical victim mentality. I used to say that shit too. "Oh I shouldn't have gotten mad." Or "Oh it was the meth not him who slapped me, choked me, beat me while I was pregnant."

Yeah my ex husband is the father of our daughter - and? That means nothing if he gets violent with the mother of his children, if he uses you. He never threatened harm? He kicked our fucking door in!! That's threatening and harmful. You think he won't escalate?? HA you are delusional. You need to seek some therapy and counseling asap. Not just for your sake but for your kids. Because he will hit you and your kids COULD get caught in the crossfire.

YOU can't stop him from going back to prison. You can't. It's up to his probation officer and the court. It's not your fault. Stop blaming yourself.

I really hope you wake up soon so your kids don't suffer.

    Well s

Well, I'm sorry me and you are two different people. I do not consider myself a victim, and he's a good man and he has changed a lot since he went to jail the first time. But I continue to do him wrong, and start arguments until he gets mad to get a reaction. If I didn't react or treat him the way I do things will be so good between us. He doesn't like confrontation and if somebody tried to keep me away from my kids I'll knock the door down as well. I didn't suppose to put him out when I tried the police said they wasn't able to because it was against the law and that's his legal place of resident no matter if he's on my lease or not. But I locked him out knowing he had no were to go and the cops had already told me I couldn't buy I did it anyways because I was upset. No he is not using me I've known this man since high school and he has never used me for anything I will do anything for him and he will do the same for me. He watches the kids while I work, he was by my side when I had kidney problems, when I lost my job he took on everything and still do til this day me and my kids don't want for anything. So yes I care about my kids dad going back to jail I have three boys and they need their father no matter if me and him together or not long as he gets to be in there life. My money is his and his money is mine. I'm not worried about paying his fines because when your in a relationship and really love someone that's what u do. So I know for a fact he's not using me and I'm not leaving him. Ok so what if the outcome come out he gets locked back up Ima be there waiting until he gets out.

Victims don't make it out so you aren't a victim. Victims are the ones who end up dead so I guess it could be your funeral if you want to stay with a deadbeat.

Stop blaming yourself. It is not your fault. God damn it.

If he's a danger to you yes you can lock him out of the house. You do realize the police can't legally advise you what to do right? I guarantee if you went to a lawyer they could find a way to get him out of your home.

Yes he is using you. Just because you've known him since high school doesn't mean shit. I've known my ex husband since we were 18. Then we went our separate ways and he got more into drugs. He used his first wife and then made her seem like the bad person. Granted she used to be a nut job but I don't blame her after I went through what she did. She tried to tell me but I didn't listen because she was trying to get him back. He was a player in high school and he has been. He manipulates people. Lies to people. Uses people. Why? Because he knows how to do it and making that person feel like they're the bad person.

If you wanna waste your life and your money on a deadbeat that's YOUR problem. But your kids are going to suffer because instead of spending money on your kids you're gonna put it on his commissary. You're going to waste your years on a "man" who doesn't care about you or your kids when you could find a real man who knows how to treat a woman and be a father. What good is he as a father if he spends most of his time in prison?

It's your life. You do what you want. You're a lost cause. I feel very sorry for your kids that they have to irresponsible parents who don't give a shit about them.

First off you don't know me or my kids so how am I a irresponsible parent because I want my kids biological father around yeah whatever. How is he using me when I get most of his money it comes to me so how is he using me??? I'm irresponsible but my kids have any and everything they need I spend most of my time with my kids I put them before me and I've always been like that. My kids r not in any harm at all what so ever if they were I'm sure the state would of been took them. I don't do anything for myself because I'm always doing for my kids. An irresponsible parent is someone who put their self and their needs before their kids. Lord knows I love my kids to death and I'll never do anything to hurt them neither will my child father I'm sorry but if I can keep him out of jail I can I want to raise my kids with their real father sorry I'm not like everyone else and have help if he goes to jail how can I provide for my kids then huh? Who will watch them while I work??? I honestly don't care about your opinion because you passing judgement on a person u don't even know. Sorry you ex husband was a bad person but the father of my kids is a change man and unlike other guys that have really used me he hasn't. So if anybody should leave it should be him and I wouldn't be mad at him for it because I suppose to help him stay out of trouble but I brought it to him. I was not threaten when I locked him out the house he left the house so I could calm down and I texted him telling him not to come back so I added fuel to the fire over a situation that could of been avoided if I had just stayed calm. Nobody will treat me better or be there for me like him and his family or deal with my bipolar disorder like he has no one he is the only one that has stuck by me.

Anyone who puts a man or woman above their kids is a shitty parent. Bottomline. I don't have to personally know you to know that is what you are doing.

He uses you as someone to come back to. You did pay all his fines for him right? What if you weren't there to bail him out in those situations? You are putting yourself and him before your kids by paying his fines and rescuing him.

Uh you can provide for your kids by getting a job like every other single parent in the country. I do just fine raising our daughter on my own without him. So do lots of other men and women.

No your boyfriend or whatever he is hasn't changed or he wouldn't be about to go back to prison would he? He would not have violated his probation if he was changed would he? No he wouldn't.

Oh yeah he just treats you really fucking awesome by kicking in your door when he gets mad at you. Next time that could be your head. Or one of your kids. Anger escalates moron.

How is he sticking by you by going to prison and violating probation?

Like I said you're an adult and you will do what you want but your kids will hate you for it if you keep choosing him and bailing him out. Have fun wasting your life and money on a LOSER!! LOL!! Pathetic. I'm done don't bother replying. This thread has obviously run its course as well.

You stated to the cops... " You wanted him gone " guess what... He is going to be GONE... See you got what YOU wanted. You are a bad mother for sure... You don't deserve my time to explain why you are a bad mother.

In order to post bail he had to have first been arrested. The fact that he did not remain in custody does not change that he apparently has fresh charges pending against him.
Hopefully things work out well when this runs its course through the system.

He may be out of jail, but by your own account of the events, your apartment complex banned him from the property.

I hope for the sake of your babies, you haven't allowed him to return inside your apartment.

My kids are safe thanks and he doesn't live with me anymore. He's staying with a relative, but I'm not going to keep his kids away from him that's not right I'm sure he wouldn't do anything to hurt him and his family for certain wouldn't allow anything to happen to my kids. We aren't allowed to talk to each other but oh well long as he's not locked up

    So far, so good.
You're certainly being a good mother to make sure your kids aren't evicted because he was allowed to return to your apartment.
I don't care what happens to him.
I do care that those babies are safe, and they aren't homeless.
Those children had no choice in any of this, and I wish them all the best, you too!

Um daycare. That's where I take my daughter and work full time. Why the fuck would I pay for your daycare? YOU are the one who got yourself involved with a deadbeat.

You will put them last when you pay his fines when you put money on his commissary. So on.

Do what you want. Blow your money on a loser. I learned the hard way and he ended up getting thousands out of me and ran up my credit card. You can learn the hard way too.

Oh I know you better than you think I do. Hopefully you wake up. Bye Felicia!
