On Jan. 1st of 2008 I had a friend back into my truck in my yard with his vehicle. since he was a good friend I made the mistake of not informing his insurance co and he agreed to pay for the damage. Now he will not return calls and avoids me when he sees me. I have had the damage estimated to be about $1700. is there anything that I can do to get him to pay up ?
