Wife's brother in law

Hey folks, I am having serious problems with my current wife, mostly concerning alcohol, it seems that my wife's brother in law is playing a major role in her drinking, he will not stop calling her, sometimes three foour times a day, he is a pimple on my butt!

Is it possible to have a retraining order put against him, if yes what law does it follow?

No. None whatsoever because he is not a direct threat to you or your wife's safety. Your wife would have to be the one to file it and she has to prove she is in physical danger. You just cannot do an RO when you do not like somebody. It is up to your wife to say No to this man and to tell him to stop calling. Time to talk your wife into getting some treatment.
