Wife sold property for a dollar

To make a long story short I got a divorce 4 years ago without a lawyer. I stated that I would allow my ex to keep our marital residence for 7 years until our children were out of highschool. I called a realator yesterday and found out that she had sold the house and 57acres of land to our oldest daughter for a DOLLAR. Upon reading the divore decree closely it states the the residence was given to my ex for seven years on a quit claim deed but that she could sell to a third party in that time however, half of the proceeds were to be given to me. Is there anything that I can do?
