Who owns the fence?

My daughter and I have been renting a mobile home on the landlady's property for about 7 years. Shorty after we moved in, we bought the materials and installed a larged fenced area, to keep our dogs away the landlady's dogs, with our landlady's permission. We are now moving (mainly at the landlady's request - her son lost his job and wants to move in here) We want to take down the fence and bring it with us, but the landlady says we can't. It seems to me that if we bought the materials and installed it ourselves, and left the property in it's original condition, the fencing should belong to us. Any information/knowledge would be appreciated. Thanks.

The fence became a fixture, when you installed it and is now part of the real estate. It belongs to the land lady. Sorry.
