Which State Office does one report an employer to?!

An employer who is not having employee's file proper paperwork when hired. Not paying their employee's their final checks after they quit or get fired! Not paying overtime to their employers! Deducting inlegally from employee's paychecks!

These are consistent issues with this employer, 5 employee's in the last month.

Can one annoumously (sorry sp) file a report with the state? This is in the State of Texas.

The office in question would be the Texas Workforce Commission.

While an anonymous report CAN be filed, the TWC will consider anonymous reports as low priority, and will give priorty to reports that have names attached.
