Nationwide Home Warrany Company voilated the contract in a number of ways: they didn't cover the repair of a stove, which they had to do by contract, and they were not able to dispatch an electrician after I placed a claim (probably because no local electricians want to deal with them). Where do I go to sue them? I live in Pennsylvania, they are in New York. I signed a contract at home and then faxed it over to them. The secretaries in my magistrate court said they don't know which jurisdiction the case belongs to and advised me to hire a lawyer to find it out.
