What would be the best way to go about giving up my parental rights? *CPS*

Ok so basically. I've been messing with CPS for about 2yrs. Going through hoop after hoop and not getting anywhere. My case just drags on and on. I'm not even sure if I would ever become a decent parent, even after all these "services". I want to give up my rights. What would be the best way to do it? Do I just let the case drag? Contact my lawyer or caseworker? What do I do?

The best way to handle it is to formulate an action plan for where you wish the kids to be placed that would be considered in their best interest. If possible, discuss it with the potential candidate, if they are a relative. Call your caseworker and request a meeting to discuss the issue.
