   Charges have not been filed yet, but I am curious as to what is going to happen once they are. I have been accused by my husband. My husband of 15 years is filing criminal felony charges against me for deliberate theft by deception, fraud, embezzlement, forgery, and using/signing credits card receipts without his permission.( There are other civil matters connected to this also)

   Once you're charged, you can ask for a public defender.
   The PD will explain EVERYTHING to you.
   Until then, don't discuss the matter with no one.
