I filed a mechanics lien on the 7th of August.The title co processed their loan and paper work on the 12th of August(took my leverage away).Since then Ive hired a laywer and he made several calls and spoke with him today he is going to start forclosure on my lien today.In the meen time im left completely broke and all my utilities are going to be shut off, ive lost my liability ins, my workers comp and cant even take a job if I come across one.Im at the end of my rope and dont know what to do. I have a wife an two daughters to support, it seems like im the only one suffering from this!PLEASE HELP I live in Johnson County Kansas and am lost with alot of stress and frustration.
