the story is a little bit long

I was rearended by a truck 2 yrs ago. My car was totally damaged, and I was injured and went to the ER.
The truck driver didn't have auto insurance and refused to pay for my loss.

so I sued her.
We made an agreement in court that she was gonna pay me $500 each month.

She had paid for 5 months and then stopped paying 3 months ago.

Then I filed a garnishment on her wages.

===================
Last month, she filed a slow pay motion with the court. The court let her pay $250 a month.

I didn't know about this until she completed the slow pay motion process, so I missed the chance to argue with her in court.

===================

My question is:
Is there anything I can do to make her pay more each month? Can I still take her back to court? (If she pays only $250 a month, it will take FOREVER for me to receive the remaining balance.)

Any suggestion will be appreciated!

Why didn't you know about this until after it was completed? Maybe you can get the order vacated because you didn't receive proper notice.
