My attorney mistated facts ( I don't believe intentionally) in a guardianship proceeding. I have documented proof that his statements were false. I believe the outcome of the order would have been different had the register in probate known the real facts.
Attorney is not cooperating. Asked him to contact court and ask that the order be ammended or whatever we could do. He says i can pay him some more money (retainer)and he will file an appeal. Is this the correct procedure??? Certainly not going to use him when mistake was his, but still need to know if an appeal is the only answer.
Thanks for any help
