I would like to know whats the most time one can receive for being convicted of an attempted murder in the 2nd b class and criminal possetion of a weapon in the 2nd c class?? Mind you can they have even been charged with the weapon possetion if the weapon was never recovered??? and also what kind of legal help should they search for if they were knid of force to take the plea?? can anyone direct me to the right direction with this matter??
