What should I do if I have been passed up for a promotion that the Co. did not post for an internal interview? I have an impeccable record and have voiced my opinion about advancing my career. I shoot my self in the foot so to speak when I was hired because I did not ask for enough, and I think the Co. does not want to promote me because they know they got my skills for about 20k less than they are worth. What should I do?

There is nothing to do, if you mean what legal action can you take. The law does not require that jobs or promotional opportunities be posted and there is no requirement that your employer either promote you or raise your pay.

You can let them know that you are interested in moving up within the company but beyond that there's no legal recourse because you don't think you're being paid enough, or because you think you should have been promoted and weren't.
