what my legal rights?

i innocently didnt know that i was still legally married to my frist husband when i married my 2nd husband, my frist husband gave me a date of when the so called divorce/anullment took place, he told me i was free to remarry. i come to find there was no divorce papers or anullment paper for my frist marriage,
so what happens to my 2nd marriage is it legal or is it void.

Your second marriage is not legal is you never divorced your first husband.

You need to see an attorney to get the divorce done from number 1 asap.
