I am suing my bank. They have used all 5 of their allotted continuances and we are now 2 weeks away from the next court date. My question: Is there a possible loop hole, or situation, for them to use that could delay the court date further? Anything at all no matter how remote the possibility?

Yes..........New discover requiring more time to get hands on the facts. But the Judge would have to evaluate the relevance to decide. Depending on what court, there are certain situations like sick key witness and a few others. But generally, the Judge would not let them get away with it if he gives them one more chance. You have the right to speedy trial or case.
