Hello Guys
I am a permanent resident. .I am having one conviction of Public Intoxication i.e Drunk in Public and one DUI case is pending which I may be convicted of.
My Question is that I was reading at USCIS website some "Habitual Drunkard" clause. Do you think that if I got convicted of DUI also I will be having 2 alcohal related offenses. Does that makes me fall me fall in "Habitual Drunkard" Clause.It is a simple DUI and just a misdemeanor .
Can I be depoted based on this.
Can this make me inadmissible for reentry.
I know for naturalization I have to wait for 3 more years.
