We purchased a condo conversion on Nov. 1st 2007. We had a home inspection and there were significant problems that we promised to be repaired and they were put in writing. We closed and weeks went by. Some of the problems were fixed. A little here and a little there. Then as we continued to call we were given the run around. It's almost been two years and still there are unresolved items. I'd like to sue the developer in small claims court for breech of contract. My question is: What is Florida's Statute of limitations on this? I don't want to pay and file a suit if it's already ran out.
