i was arrested for domestic violence and bailed out after a short amount of time..
we found a lawyer and he made my wife fill out and affidavit( because my wife thought it was her fault) and then i was asked to complete an anger management clas of 8 hrs..
no probation happened , no fine or anything like that...
i was told that upon completion of that class my charges dismissed and i havent been filed charges.
is that possible?
and what does charges dismised mean? does it mean i dont have any criminal record at all?
