On November 9th I was arrested for allegedly assaulting my ex boyfriend. I was released on bond with a no contact order in place for my ex. My ex has since sent me 2 facebook msgs but i did not reply. I went to my arraignment hearing and signed papers entering a not guilty plea and request for jury trial. I have now received a letter saying I have court on Dec 20th for a bond modification hearing. What could this be since I have not had any contact with my accuser? And why would they do this right before Christmas?
