What if I kept the items for myself?

Hello All

I found some sites in China that use Paypal so no worries about getting ripped off. My question is if I buy some fake/counerfeit Puma shoes and a rolex watch for MYSELF and NOT for resale, is that legal? I do not want to go to jail for buying something cheap because I can't afford to buy the real ones.

Buying the counterfeit is not illegal, selling it is.

It is also illegal to import brand name goods into the US.

Also don't think because the site uses Paypal they won't rip you off.

They are in China for goodness sakes.

They could keep your money and might never get that junk.

I'd say just don't do it.
You're inviting trouble you don't need.
