Well im in middleschool 8th grade. And i had stole somebodys phone. Now i have got caught n now gettin in trouble. If you steal at school what will the principles do if yhu had been caught

You have done nothing until you have been adjudicated guilty, or in your case delinquent.
Normally you'll get a couple days in school study or maybe suspended for at most a week.
In some cases you get a warning.
I suggest you tell your parents or guardians about this escapade.
Whatever happens won't happen unless they're involved.
