My husband has a daughter from a previous marriage and recently she was taken from her mother and placed with us (temporarily), but due to some problems she is now placed with in-laws. My husband is wanting to get custody of his daughter and we cannot afford the 2000.00 that we will need to pay a lawyer, what forms would he need to get to be able to file for custody of his daughter through court?
