What document must be completed in order to allow a step parent to live in a deceased parent's house (willed to that parent's children) until the step parent dies?
This agreement:
1) would be between the deceased parent's children (who were named as beneficiaries of the house in the deceased parent's will) and the step parent
2) would state that taxes, insurance, and normal upkeep are the responsibility of the step parent
3) would state other restrictions for occupancy of the step parent (must live individually--the deceased specifically stated "no hoochey women in her house!)
We purchased "Home and Business Attorney" software, but didn't find a suitable form.
