Assault & Battery what do i do

i was arrested for 6 felonys battery/touch grand theft *3/ and robbery with/dw/fr and carjacking with dw/fr but thaey gave me a lesser included of robbery 2nd and gave me 18mth probation and 6 months county time. and witheld ajudification.....this is in volusia county florida...i live in tulsa and came back here my probation was early terminated so im off....but it still shows on background and i cant get job...does anyone knw how i can get a job and if anyone knw companies that hire us thatd be great thank you?

Best you can do is keep trying and be honest about your background. If you try and cover it up or minimize it you can bet you will be skipped over.
One of your simplest solutions might be a temporary service that provides daily labor.
