My daughters father has agreed to sign over his parental rights and I have agreed not to pursue child support.
I need to know what steps I need to take, or what paper-work he needs to fill out and how to go about finding this paper-work.
I live in the state of New Hampshire.
I don't know if this is relevant but he has not paid any child support (she is 18 months old) or is he a part of her life.
