my status: F1 >> EAD (OPT)[10 months] >> H1B[1 year]>> got married to a united states citizen and now filing the forms.

Should I use (c)(9) at question 16? Also on question 11 should i use the latest/current emplyment authorization info (H1B)?

Also will it be good idea to attach the NOAs from H1B and previous EAD of OPT with the I765? or it won't matter since my spouse is doing the petition for me (I130)?
