MATERIALS IN MY NAME. SENT TO MY ADDRESS AND OFCOURSE THE
INVOICES ARE COMING TOO. I KNOW WHO IT IS, BUT WHAT CAN I DO LEGALLY AGAINST THE FOOL ?

Send them back with a letter inquiring how they were ordered. Start there. You might also report it to the police.
