I have a step daughter who is a handfull to say the least she accused me of sex abuse witch is not true. she is 17 years of age. can i sue her for defamation of character. or what should i do i am completly done with trying to help her. i want there to be some kind of trouble for her so maybe she will wake up and smell the coffee. please help!!!!
