what can i do

I have a step daughter who is a handfull to say the least she accused me of sex abuse witch is not true. she is 17 years of age. can i sue her for defamation of character. or what should i do i am completly done with trying to help her. i want there to be some kind of trouble for her so maybe she will wake up and smell the coffee. please help!!!!

"You" do nothing! She is your "Step" Daughter let Mom deal with it. Shes a minor you cant sue her only her parents which only hurts you. Counseling is suggested as well
