what are these indictments and charges? NYC.... Sentencing, Plea Bargains

    what does these indictments and charges mean in new york city? I really don't understand this....

    1) Indictment: 00000 0000
    Charges: 220.43 FA (CRIM SALE CONTRL SUBST-1ST A Felony)

    2) Indictment: 99999/0099
    Charges: AC 000.00 UZ ( )

    If a person is fun guilty of these charges, what would be the time served?

    It means what it says- possession of controlled substance for sale. This is a felony offense. Prison time is hard to say without more details.
