I have a friend that pays child support. but, has been out of work for a while and had too stop.well, she don"t get too see her son unless it is convenont for her ex. and if it will make him look good he will. what is the law about that? what can she do? what if her son don"t want to live with his dad, but, is scared too say so? I have a whole lot of questions! please help this is all new to us.
