Our landlord rented us a (mobile home) three months ago. We have paid our rent on time and in full. Our landlord informed us that she received a letter from the Co-Op who manages the mobile home park; she told us that due to some (by-law) she is not allowed to rent the home. Our landlord told us that we could buy the home or we had 60 days to get out. We have not received any notice to vacate other than her phone call. We even signed a 6 month lease with our landlord which seems to serve no good.

Your lease protects you for the entire lease period(6 months).

Only a judge can evict you.
All she can do us ASK you to leave.
You can ignore her or refuse her.

You'd be ill advised to spout off to her.

Keep what you've learned to yourself.

The association's beef is with her.

She could be fined or harassed by them.

You are safe.

But, you have only until your lease expires to enjoy that safety.

Just keep paying your rent on time and obey the rules of your lease and all state laws.

Eventually she might offer you cash to leave, y
effectively buying your lease rights.

In the interim, be patient and silent!!!!

Depending on how urgent this is to your landlord, you might be able to get her to pay part of your moving cost to get you out sooner. It is inconvenient to you, but if you know you are going to have to move eventually you might want to look for a way to take advantage of the situation... otherwise stay put as said above. She can tell you to leave all she wants, but only a judge can actually order you out, and that takes time.

Moose is right, with this proviso.
You are an innocent person.
You have property rights superior to anyone at this point.
You have exclusive use of the property UNTIL your lease expires, or you default.
Even a judge can't order you out, nor would a judge even try as long as your lease is valid.
And, as you stated, the lease expires in another 90 days or so.
So, let anyone take you to court.
You need not worry.
You pay your rent and not be in default, you pull out your lease; you will not be ordered out within the next 90 days!
You have the trump card in this matter, your lease.
