I have 2 children no marriage invovled, I filed for visitation in jan 08, the case has been to mediation no resolution from the mother, every court date she requests a continuance it has now been a year since I have seen my children I keep filing motions emergency hearing, I call the boys every day with no return call she will call me occasionally and say she doesnt have to let me see them or talk to them until court. I cannot afford an attorney what are my rights to my children paternity is established and child support is paid. She told me today of I try to find the children she will call the police this is in the state of AZ please please someone tell me what to do or what my rights are. My children ar enot going to know me.
