I am a US citizen who lives abroad. Every time I enter the USA by air I am stopped and made to go through a secondary questioning.

They ask me where I live, what I do for living, how long I will be in the USA, why I am visiting, why I live abroad, where I will be saying...etc.

The last time they searched all my bads made copies of all my papers, credit cards, drivers license, passport...etc.

My questions is...

What are my rights when entering the USA by air as a returnig US citizen?

Do I have the right to refuse to answer? Can I say NO COMMENT?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
