What Are MY Options

Hello,we recently traded our 2007 vehicle in with a large dealership.They paid off a small title loan on our vehicle,then sold us a 2005 vehicle and allowed us 12,500 trade in on our vehicle(as it was paid for except the small title loan).They have already sold our vehicle we traded in,but still cannot get us financed on the balanced owed,which is aprrox.$6,000.00.I have already received 15-20 letters from a number of banks denying our application.What are our options if they "cannot" get us financed anywhere,but have sold our vehicle????? My wife is freaking out!!Please advise!!!!

Do you have a written agreement? You should - what does it say? Have you spoken to the dealership?
