I am a co-signer or persoanl guarantor on a business loan with other partners. I am a minority partner. The business is shot. My wife is not on the personal guarantee and is no way part of the business. All our assets are jointly owned (house, autos). If the bank calls the note what personal property can they attach. How do i protect may only assets which is personal property jointly owned?
