What are my chances

I have had a little girl since she was 2months old, she is 2years old now. I am planning to file for temporary custody later full custody. Her mother has never done anything for her she's never even keap her longer than 3 days. No one in her family wanted her until now. They are mad at me pursuing custody. What are my chances. I need some real advice

You will win, if done right. Make sure to include a parenting plain with your petition. Also, affidavit's are very important. Document EVERYTHING going in, this can help you.
