Weapons, Guns, Firearms wepons under disability

My brother was a felon due to a possesion of crack charge he was realeased on bond and was in a house with a gun the police are charging him for weapons under disability he has been in the county jail for a year on next month and still hasnt had a pretrial due to court room inavailability how much time is he looking at if found guilty. Also the gun wasnt found on him it was down stairs also it was his friends and he has good behavior too

Thanxx but he hasnt heard from his lawyer in a year when I call him he never answers pr returns calls I just pray he comes home soon
