I went to court on a traffic violation because I felt it was a bad call on behalf of the Hwy Patrolman. I went to court and the judge, da and trooper were on one side and me on the other to fend for myself. Needless to say, I lost.
My question is at what point was the court suppose to offer representation. I thought they are suppose to offer the public defender if you can't afford a lawyer. I feel my rights were violated!
