I have a washing machine , thats still under warranty that has broken down. I have had the official maytag technician out three times trying to repair it, without success. He says he can't find the fault, and its not repairable.
Maytag say they only cover parts and labour, and the technician has to repair it. They wouldn't discuss that it might be a lemon. Can they go on trying to repair it for ever? At one point does it become a lemon?
Having researched the internet, maytag have a very poor record for honoring warranties.
What options do I have?
Can I take the machine back to the store where I brought it, home depot?
