This has been an ongoing process. Today I was summons to appear in court over a job related issue. The lady that sued me did not show nor did her lawyer. I was tolded late last night that they were the plantiff was going to file a continuence, they did not. I was the only person to show in court this morning. The judge said he could not believe she was the one who filed a civil warrant against me and then did not show. He dismissed the case in my favor. Does this mean it's over? Can she sue me again? On the paper the judge filled out as order of the day Def here and has motioned to dismiss. Granted. Thanks for any info.

It should be done. They would have to appeal the decision, but I doubt they will.

One question - does it say with prejudice or without prejudice (or neither??) If it's with then you are safe, if it's without then it means they are able to sue again.

If they failed to show up and it was dismissed for lack of prosecution then it is over.
