The scenario below is repeated regularly in Killeen.
Why can't people leave "the stuff" alone?

Killeen - Fort Hood officials identified Wednesday the soldier who was found unresponsive March 26 at an off-post residence in Killeen.

Spc. Aigner Certaine, 24, was transported to Metroplex Hospital in Killeen where attempts to revive her were unsuccessful.

Certaine, whose home of record is listed as Sanford, Florida, entered active-duty military service in November 2012 as a unit supply specialist and was assigned to 62nd Engineer Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade, Fort Hood, since August 2017.

Certaine's awards and decorations include three Army Achievement Medals, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and Army Service Ribbon.

The death is under investigation by the Killeen Police Department, officials said.

"We were dispatched to the residence in reference to a medical call," KPD spokeswoman Ofelia Miramontez said in an email. "Upon the officers' arrival, the victim was unconscious and transported to Metroplex Hospital. The victim was pronounced deceased by Justice of the Peace Claudia Brown. An autopsy has been ordered and we will not know the cause of death until it is returned.

Oh I can't wait to live around there...good grief. I hope my next unit doesn't have a bunch of drug using soldiers in it. I am not one to sympathize with drug addicts.

My unsolicited advice, don't live off post.

On post housing is new, and more homes are being built.

A military base is the best gated community on the planet.

Killeen, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights are best avoided after dark.

Nolanville (along with HH & KILLzone) seems to house sexual perverts, including the scum who harm children.

Many seem to emanate from a specific geographic location, and they predate upon your babies.

Parents, keep a close eye on your babies, otherwise the predators are always prowling.

I hate drug abusers and anyone that enables or supports these vile, disgusting, subhuman slugs!

That said, whenever I see any breach of military decorum (uniform violation, inappropriatre behavior, etc) I immediately address it.

I whip out my ID card, and take corrective measures.

I've even called the MPs on a couple of those slugs.

In other cases, I've taken photos and promptly reported the matter to the Provost Marshal.

As long as NCOs and Officers tolerate this nonsense, the slugs will continue to disgrace the uniform I wore for three decades and the country I love.

That said, drug abuse is on the rise because standards were lowered.

That will soon be remedied as recruiting and retention standards rise.

I also am bothered by the 300 pound sloths that wear the uniform because they have a profile for being obese.

Well recruiting standards did go back to somewhat normal after they had the draw down. And apparently they're doing this if you're nondeployable for 12 months consecutive you will be separated. Most of the people who are nondeployable are because they don't do their damn dental or hearing and let it go to red. But there are people who got in on waivers and had preexisting medical conditions that got worse over time.

The people who bust out their uniform...I don't get it.

I suppose if all those place around Hood are that shady I'll have to live on post for the first time in almost 10 years. I usually live off post I like the slight sense of freedom when it takes me 10 minutes or a half hour to get back to base if called in. But if there's a bunch of chimos down there then I'll look at on post.

Drugs just aren't worth it for anyone and it's no secret they'll kill you. Some people.
