Two years ago we had mold in our house so we removed the wainscoting and the drywall to repair it. Once we got everything down we discovered a crack in the foundation, so we contacted Perma-Seal to come out and fix it. They came out and fixed it but now two years later we have water again and after calling them 4 times and getting no response I contacted the BBB. Then they contacted me and came out to repair it but wanted us to open the drywall again. I told them I think they should pay for this since it is warranty repair or fix it from the outside. They refuse to fix it unless we pay for fixing the wall so I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals office but have not heard anything yet. So I am wondering what my legal rights are because we have been getting water and mold could be coming back again.
Thanks,
Doug
