If a mother is wanted like has warrants. She is trying to obtain child support from the father. How can she go about it without going to court plus not having had the father sign birth certificates. And since she is wanted is it possible her letting someone else go in her place is going to help

You can apply for child support online, using an Illinois child support agency to assist in obtaining payment.

You can apply for child support services by clicking the link below or calling 1-800-447-4278.

If the paternity of the father hasn't been established, get ready for daddy pushback, because your alleged baby daddy, if he's smart, request a paternity test!
That will further delay the process and payout, and maybe even derail it!!!

In the meantime, he may tip the hand to the authorities about your warrants, and you will likely be arrested, if the warrants are serious.
In fact, he may use the warrants against you to claim you are a criminal and an unfit mother.
That way, if he wants custody, it could be easier for him to get it.
