Can we any way search that if someone's have misdemeanor charges before they get summons in NewJersey,jersey city.. my friend wants to know because he was caught shoplifting 2 months back and paid civil demand and haven't heard anything since then as there were no police involved they just took his information and took picture of his. That's it .. he is regretting and he promised he will never ever do the things which he and his family be in trouble. That's why i want to help him. So plz do tell me.
