want to keep farm in family

In preparing my will, I want to leave a 150 acre farm to my married (for 10 yrs) daughter; however should she eventually divorce, I want her to retain sole ownership of the farm rather than have it divided as joint marital property. Is this stipulation possible? (KY)

I am no legal expert, but my husband is in the fight of his life to keep his family farm. The land has been in his family for 100's of years, and the step-mother has filed a Year's Support, which takes precedence over the will. It is a PERMANENT reward of property to the spouse.

Your farm can be put into a family partnership to protect it from future gold diggers.
