I am paid on a bi-weekly basis; Paid $1797 after taxes. I have a child support order that takes 688 dollars each pay. Now I am being hit with a separate garnishment order from a creditor. Can you please help me determine what, if any, money this creditor will receive from this order? Since over 25% of my wages are already being taken from my support order, does that mean this creditor will receive $0, because my support order is of higher priority? Please help! Thanks!
