    What does "continuance w/wrst" mean?

    These types of questions should be addressed by you asking your lawyer.

    It appears to be some kind of court abbreviation.

    You might be able to get an answer from the clerk of the court where you found this: continuance w/wrst

    Obviously some type of continuance, perhaps "with" wrst, not sure if st could stand for "stipulation" - but army judge is right. Ask your attorney or call the court clerk.
