My employment is at a group home and wanted to know if it was illegal or can i get fired bt voice recording a group meeting. Reason being is that another employee has an issue with how i do my work and complains that i do not do it dight, but i bleieve i do. So that is why i wantt to start recorsing all group meetings,

If nobody knows you are recording you could be doing it illegally. You would be best off to discuss the problem with the employer.

Yes, you can be fired for recording a meeting without permission. I haven't looked up whether it is legal or illegal in your state for you to record the meeting without the permission of everyone attending, but it doesn't matter if it's legal or illegal when it comes to your being fired. It is LEGAL for them to fire you for making the recording EVEN IF making the recording is also legal.
